CoolPlanetBioFuels is a new startup created by a team of seasoned professionals who have both taken new startups public and sold new startups to Fortune 500 companies. Successful applicants must have several years experience in their field of expertise and a track record of wins which can be independently verified through references.
Positions are currently available in the following areas:
- Mechanical Engineers – proficiency with a 3D package such as SolidWorks and extensive experience in electromechanical design with a broad range of materials is a must. 4 year degree or higher, thermal analysis experience a plus.
- Electronics Engineers – experience in very smart control systems for relatively low speed process control via Labview and/or VB with extensive signal processing experience is a must. 4 year degree or higher. Matlab or other advanced process modeling a plus.
- Catalytic Scientists – extensive experience in synthesizing, characterizing and testing heterogeneous catalysts a must. Positions available for 4 year degree through PhD level. Petrochemical industry catalytic process experience a plus.
- Fuel Scientists – extensive experience in petrochemical process management a must. 4 year degree or higher. Prior biofuels experience a plus. Chemical engineering degree a plus.
- CAM-CNC Machinists – Experienced with MasterCam and Haas CNC vertical mills or CNC turret lathes a must. A formal CNC training certificate or equivalent is required. Extensive multiple machine experience is a plus.
- Lab Technicians – Experience in handling chemicals and setting up and operating complex electrochemical experiments is a must. 4 year degree or extensive laboratory experience required. Higher level degrees and/or broad experience in analytical instrumentation a plus. A fabulous opportunity for hands-on oriented scientists.
